Tri-Generation Plant for Etika Dairies

Our integrated solution provided the plant with 2000Kw of electricity to supplement its current operations and the heat yielded from the system is further converted into cooling totaling to 500RT for their internal food manufacturing purposes. The plant also features a proprietary sound insulation capsule integrated into the overall engine setup to keep noise to a minimum. In fact, the overall plant efficiency is close to 90%, with a 95% plant utilization rate. A total savings of 22% is achieved as compared to grid-supplied electricity.
